If you're coming from the North...I-81 South, go just past the 'Roanoke/I-581' exit. Take the next exit Rt. 419 or #141, turn right at the stop light and follow Rt. 419 approx. 6 miles. At the Sheetz make a left onto Apperson Drive, follow approx. 1.5 miles and First Due is on the left behind Wendy's.

Meet the Owners
Jarrod is an active Roanoke City Lieutenant and active in the Technical Rescue and Swiftwater Rescue Teams.
Sarah runs the store, family and mostly tries to be a Superwoman as she increases our sales by having an incredible ability to handle most anything that comes her way.
If you have been in before you will recognize the twins, Kaid and Jayla, we hope to one day be able to pass on the business to them, if they would like.

Rates may change
We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.
3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

- Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

At First Due Gear, we stand behind our merchandise 100%, however if you decide that the product is less than acceptable please follow the guidelines below:
When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. If received after 30 days you will not be refunded the full amount owed, which will be determined at time of arrival.
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise, which will be determined when we receive the product back.
4. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging, also there will be a 35% restocking fee and you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
5. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
